Now focused on utilizing capital to build and grow businesses, fund good jobs, and create inclusive wealth opportunities for workers, and to close the gender and racial equity gaps. Prior to ICA, founded a registered investment advisory (RIA) business focused on impact and essential services investing, hedged with alternative assets.
