Lauren Zletz

Lauren Zletz is the Principal at Warburg Pincus. Lauren Zletz is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015, and is a Managing Director in the Technology group. Before joining Warburg Pincus, she worked in private equity at Thomas H. Lee Partners and Investment Banking at Greenhill & Company. At Warburg Pincus, she co-leads investment activities in several sectors, including cybersecurity, real estate technology, insurance technology, food technology, and sales and marketing technology. Lauren is a Director of eSentire and BriteCore and a Board Observer at Contrast Security. She was formerly a Director of Facility Source and a Board Observer at Zimperium. Lauren has also been involved in several other investments, including BitSight, CrowdStrike, and Clarity, as well as three add-on acquisitions. She was an inaugural member of the firm’s Council for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and is currently a member of the Portfolio Company Diversity Committee and the Steering Committee for Women@Warburg. Lauren received an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was CFO/COO and Board Member of Women in Management (WIM).
