Dan Krasner

Dan Krasner Managing Director Dan Krasner is responsible for structuring and executing acquisition and divestiture transactions. As a member of the operating council for portfolio companies, he is also responsible for post-acquisition monitoring and oversight of add-on and divestiture transactions. Before joining Platinum in 2003, he spent five years in the mergers and acquisitions group of Paul Hastings. Mr. Krasner received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and a Juris Doctorate from Cornell University Law School.
