Rohini Chakravarthy

Ms. Chakravarthy is the Managing Partner of NewBuild Venture Capital. Before that, she was a general partner at NGP Capital. She is a former Partner at NEA, where she served on 13 boards as an investor board member. Her experiences include Corporate Development at Intel Capital and Cisco BD, private investing, and as founder/ CEO of a startup. Rohini started her career as a design engineer working on Ethernet chips and hardware. She received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS from Case Western Reserve University, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. She is on the nonprofit boards of the IIT Madras Foundation and the Ragazzi Boys’ Chorus
