Vincent Lopez is the founder/CEO of Parker Health, Inc., a biotechnology organization shifting healthcare into the next century. At Parker Health, he’s the chief visionary leading strategy/product development, and government affairs. He works closely with the U.S. Congress, and the leaders of several government agencies to include HHS, NIH, CDC, and the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology offices to establish standards & regulations, economize spending, minimize legacy technology costs and inefficiencies, enhance patient care/outcomes, and deploy the latest healthcare technology. Mr. Lopez is a Forbes 30 Under 30(Healthcare) Lister class of 2023. He serves on the NYU School of Global Public Health, Dean’s Council. He's the founder of the Lopez Clinical Innovation Studio @ NYU, School of Global Public Health. He’s a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, a committee member of the IEEE, Data Quality Standards for Medical Records Workgroup, and the Sequoia Project. He serves on the Steering Committee for Black Maternal Health, Fund II Foundation. He is a Mentor for Village Capital's Innovations in Health Equity Accelerator program sponsored by Johnson & Johnson Venture Impact Fund. Mr. Lopez serves as a Mentor Maker with the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center advising aspiring and current entrepreneurs. He is the founder of the Lopez Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit working to advance education and health access in disadvantaged communities. He is a managing partner and director at L’PAJ Ventures. He serves on the Board of Directors for Family Childcare Alliance of Maryland, and several other organizations. In 2015, he was nominated to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Board of Governors, by Governor Tom Wolf (D-PA). He completed a Fellowship with an emphasis on STEM education in minority communities (7th Ward, Washington, DC), with then-President Obama’s Organizing for Action. Prior to launching Parker Health, he worked on programs for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of Defense. A native of Sacramento, California, Mr. Lopez was raised in Arlington, Virginia. He studied English and political science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Master Mason and Shriner. Mr. Lopez is an ordained Deacon at the Capitol Hill SDA Church, Washington, DC. He is an avid golfer and enjoys watching basketball, Formula 1, and horse racing.
