Mr. Kiresepi is a highly-experienced professional and has extensive international cross-border mergers & acquisitions, project management and structured finance projects. Total successfully completed deal size Mr. Kiresepi contributed is over $500 million including mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions such as the Global Ports Holdings’ 11% stake sale to EBRD for US$70 m and US$250 m Eurobond issuance (Turkey), CMS Makina’s Majority stake sale to the global leader in its industry and Modanisa.com 20% stake to STC Capital. Mr. Kiresepi started his career at Bloomberg LP, a global financial software, data and media company providing financial software tools, analytics, equity trading platforms, data services and news to financial company worldwide. Prior to establishing Core Finance, Mr. Kiresepi has worked with Ata Invest - Turkey’s pre-eminent investment advisory and wealth management firm with over 25 years of regional experiece, IEG-Global – JV Investment banking advisory firm between Global Securities; a leading investment firm based in Turkey and IEG; a globally active boutique IB specializing in mid-cap transactions for the internet and technology sector and Farazad Investments – boutiqe investment advisory firm headquartered in London with offices in 6 countries specializing in niche cross-border and real estate transactions. Mr. Kiresepi has over 8 years of financial services and investment banking experience to date. Mr. Kiresepi is a Congress Member of Galatasaray Sports Club. Mr. Kiresepi received his B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley College, his Masters in Finance Degree from Bentley University in Boston, MA.
