Christian Louis-Victor

Christian Louis-Victor was the creator and CEO of the European Company of Guarantees Real Estate - CEGI. After the merger with SACCEF (Caisse d'Epargne Group) and the acquisition of SOCAMAB, it became the European Company of Guarantees and Guarantees, one of the French leaders of the Guarantee Insurance to companies and individuals subscribers of real estate loans. It is now a subsidiary of Natixis, Groupe BPCE. Since 1988, Christian Louis-Victor has been President of the Union des Maisons Françaises, the main professional organization bringing together homebuilders in Metropolitan France and DOM. He is also Chairman of the ESPI Group (Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières) and is an independent director of companies listed in Paris, as well as several industrial companies belonging to the Amiquar - Financière Quarré group. Christian Louis-Victor holds a DES in civil engineering.
