Before founding Moneta, he co-founded and co-managed Stage One [2001], a top-quartile Israeli VC fund with seven successful exits. Prior to his investment career, Adoram co-founded three successful ICT startups, all culminating in major exits. Later, during his time in Silicon Valley, he joined Growth Point Technology Partners as a Technology M&A Banker. Adoram’s extensive experience spans every phase of building a tech company—from ideation and funding to growth. With two decades of experience on both sides of the "Term Sheet," he offers a broad perspective and added value to CEOs exploring strategic options. Adoram’s notable successes include Radwiz (Founder/CEO, acquired by TERN), Radlan (Founding Team, acquired by MRVL), Radware (Founding Team, IPO), Magnifier (Investor, acquired by F5), Octalica (Investor, acquired by Broadcom), Trivnet (Investor, acquired by Cap Gemini), Oversi (Investor, acquired by Allot), Crescendo (Investor/Chairman, acquired by F5), Rewire (Investor, acquired by Remitly), and TipRanks (Investor, acquired by Prytek). He earned a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (cum laude) from the Technion in Israel, an MBA from Kellogg-Recanati, Tel Aviv University, and an M.A. in Philosophy (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.
