Michael loizou

A co-Founder of Ridgeway Capital, Michael is commercial and practical and has significant expertise in operational aspects of businesses, especially the finance function, supporting cash management, process/profit improvements and risk management. Michael is a qualified accountant and has held a non-appointment Insolvency licence. Before founding Ridgeway Capital, Michael was an Investment Director with an ‘active investor’ private equity firm, where he had particular responsibility for its turnaround and distressed investment opportunities. Previously, Michael has worked at Grant Thornton, BDO and KPMG in mid-market and multi-bank restructuring teams, including a secondment at Barclays Bank.
