Piotr Krzysztofik

Business angel, entrepreneur, strategic advisor and innovator with over 22 years of experience in managing large international organizations with budgets of over $100 million. He was responsible for building, optimizing and developing new organizations, locations and branches of international, global companies providing IT services both in the market in Poland and in nearshoring models (research and development, systems integration, IT engineering) for clients around the world. He participated in strategic business initiatives of companies such as Siemens, Atos, Global Logic in Poland and Europe. He has held positions such as CEO, President, Board Member or VP in global structures. He graduated with an MBA, is a certified coach (ICC) and mentor (EMCC). His key expertise is in scaling organizations, managing strategy and growth, operations and people; leadership; project management, mentoring. After the successful acquisition of GlobalLogic by Hitachi, he started his business as an entrepreneur. Peter's recent work experience includes being an Investor, CEO, Partner, Supervisory Board Member, Strategy Consultant in various start-ups and private initiatives. He supports the startup community by managing a ventures builder - Ventures21 - and through pro bono activities for young entrepreneurs as a coach, mentor and advisor.
