Ben Rabinowitz

Ben is the founder and managing partner of Amiti. He serves on the Board of Directors of Valens Semiconductor, Siklu and Amimon – Amiti Ventures portfolio companies. Previously he served on the Board of Directors at Safend, which was sold to Wave Systems. Prior to founding Amiti Ventures; Ben held various General Manager and Vice President roles at AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC); including leading sales; product marketing; operations; support and M&A in North America. He has a successful track record in leading mergers and acquisitions; integrating acquisitions; executing product strategies as well as building, turning around and growing profitable organizations. Ben has also provided strategy and marketing consulting services on mobile solutions; cloud computing and IT outsourcing. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University
