Nick Holder

Nick Holder as a Director in the New Investments Team, his focus is on the identification, sourcing and structuring of investment opportunities for their funds. These activities allow him to meet a very broad range of businesses and entrepreneurs on a regular basis, providing a variety of commercial experiences and enabling him to gain a better understanding of business strategy. He graduated from Sheffield before training as an accountant at PwC. Following qualification, I moved into Corporate Finance with PwC specialising in advising PE houses on structuring their investments and raising bank debt to support the transactions.
