Nick Seys

Nick Seys is the founder and CEO of Bypicknick, a progressive creative agency that calls De Panne home. Born and raised in West Flanders in Belgium, he has built a reputation as an expert and thought leader in the creative industry. In the last few years, Nick has been featured in local and national publications like Evenaar.tv and Het Nieuwsblad. Nick first launched Pick-Nick in 2015 as a one-man, video production company. However, his natural inclination toward branding and marketing led the business to develop into one of Belgium's most well-known creative agencies. In 2020, the business re-branded to become Bypicknick and become offering several new services and enhanced versions of existing services. Now, gathered with a creative team that is obsessed with finding opportunities to connect brands with customers, they create tailor-made experiences and drive revenue growth. When Nick isn't staying at the office until 3:00 am, the founder spends his time training, consulting, networking, and discovering the natural beauty of the world. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, shopping and seeing films and music concerts. Nick also enjoys giving back to the community by getting actively involved in supporting local causes.
