In 2010, the mission was to establish a top-tier technical recruiting service, marking the inception of Prosource IT. This journey started from my own home and quickly generated profit within 30 days, evolving into a lucrative venture in just six months. Today, we're a leading IT staffing provider in Florida, renowned for our meticulous talent acquisition, aligning IT professionals' expertise with local and national technology initiatives. But the journey doesn't stop there. Drawing from my Prosource IT experience, I founded myBasePay - a venture close to my heart. My mission is to level the playing field for small and medium-sized employers and staffing providers, empowering entrepreneurs to retain their hard-earned revenue. We've spearheaded innovation in the Employer of Record (EOR) market, providing a comprehensive solution, forged through our entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to staffing.
