A database marketer with over 20 years of experience helping brands bridge the gap between data and engaging marketing communications. I bring to the table expertise deriving consumer insights using first and third party data, to formulate engaging marketing programs and optimize brand budget spending online including mobile and social. I have global marketing experience working in the US, Europe, Asia & Latin America, on business categories such as CPG (Tobacco & Liquor), Financial Services, Automotive, Insurance and Retail. My key to success is the ability to use technology to creatively integrate multiple channels into an effective customer journey, driving sales and nurturing profitable customer relationships over time. Among my achievements, is the creation and management of a global team to support Data Intelligence and CRM for Philip Morris International, and its global portfolio of brands, in over 20 markets worldwide. This effort generated a new revenue stream of over US$30 million worldwide. Recently spent 2 years in Tokyo, managing the Data Intelligence and CRM department at Publicis Japan, providing support on data analytics, web metrics, using first and third party data, performing AB testing and designing and implementing dashboards. I manage a team of 8 analyst, working on brands like IQOS and Marlboro, Lexus International and Daimler.
