Karen Winterhof

Karen Winterhof, Partner at FFL. Karen Winterhof joined FFL in 2015 and focuses on FFL’s Healthcare Services investments. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Johnson County Clin-Trials, One Senior Care, New Look Vision Group, U.S. Orthopedic Partners, and Orthodontic Partners. She previously served on the Crisis Prevention Institute, EyeCare Partners, and Icynene-Lapolla board. Before joining FFL, Karen was a senior associate at Highbridge Principal Strategies in the Specialty Loan Fund. Before that, she was an associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in New York. Karen attended the Princeton University.
