Kimberly Grant is an accomplished C-suite leader who has represented Fortune 100 organizations, all with the goal of bringing innovation and fresh perspectives to fuel growth and brand recognition. Grant’s leadership capabilities span operational, strategic, and financial management, with more than 25 years of experience, and she has demonstrated financial acumen as an investor. Grant currently serves as independent director for Performance Food Group, a role that leverages her vast experience across the culinary and hospitality industries. Her successes with PFGC include implementing a successful strategic merger and acquisition strategy that has helped the company achieve a market cap of more than $10 billion. As an adviser to entrepreneurs through investment opportunities, Grant has guided new companies as they create a viable capital structure, offering consultation to new businesses as well as to business school students at Georgetown University and Stanford University. Prior to joining PFGC, Grant held the position of global head of restaurants and bars for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, overseeing the remarketing and revitalization of the brand’s multibillion-dollar food and beverage portfolio. Having led multiple public companies, she is an audit committee financial expert and has been recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a qualified financial expert. In addition, Grant served as independent director for luxury resort destination Blackberry Farm for seven years. She is also a member of the New York Stock Exchange Board Advisory Council Network. Grant holds a master’s in finance and banking from Boston University.
