Most recently, David was part of the team that sold First Utility Ltd to Shell Petroleum Ltd. Prior to First Utility, David was a founder of LQD Wifi which was acquired by Verizon Communications in 2016. Prior experience includes being a founding member of LTAM, a specialist asset management firm based in New York which is part of Ladenburg Thalmann (NYSE: LTS). Including a few years of working in M&A and capital advisory for Citi Capital Markets and GP Bullhound, David has been involved in cross-border transactions involving clients in the US, UK, Germany, Spain, Turkey, The Middle East and Asia as well as raising growth capital for private companies across multiple geographies. David graduated with a degree in Political Science & History from The University of Vermont and received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
