John Meisenbach

John W. Meisenbach has been a director of the Company since its inception. He is President of MCM, a financial services company, which he founded in 1962. He also currently serves as a director of Expeditors International and M Financial Holdings. John Meisenbach is a trustee of the Elite Fund, an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. John Meisenbach has had a successful career in the financial services industry since 1961. His considerable and enduring success is due to the individual attention and expertise that he brings to each of his clients. John Meisenbach serves on the boards of Costco, Expeditors International, M Financial Group, McCormick Capital Management, Children’s Hospital and Atlantic Street Center. He is active in numerous industry and civic organizations including the United Way of King County, Global Partnerships, Medical Teams International and Zion Preparatory Academy. He has spoken throughout the country to business and financial service groups. John spent two years in the Navy Submarine Service and then entered Seattle University in 1956, graduating in pre-law in 1960.
