Royce Hong

Royce is a designer by training, and entrepreneur by circumstance. Born in Hollywood, he lives, slaves away and creates gadgets and things in Taipei for most of his life. He has a two-headed day job as the CEO and big head of design at IPEVO, a maker of simple, powerful and radically affordable teaching tools. As of May 2013, IPEVO products are used in 42,095 or 32% of all K-12 schools in America. Royce graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a bachelor of Industrial Design, and Art Center College of Design with a bachelor in Graphic Design. Royce previously worked as the Creative Director for PC home Online in Taipei, and as an Industrial Designer at Panasonic in Japan. Prior to founding IPEVO, he was the Co-founder and Executive Director of Agenda Corporation, a leading digital marketing agency in Asia that was acquired by the WPP group in 2008.
