Annegret de Baey

Annegret de Baey-Diepolder is a co-founder of Rigontec and also owner and founder of de Baey Science to Business Consulting, a company offering strategy consulting, fund raising support and interim management to life science companies. As a former partner at TVM Capital and Gimv NV, she brings more than 10 years of experience in the venture capital sector. Prior to joining the VC industry, she led a research group developing therapeutic vaccines at Micromet AG, now Amgen. She was also involved in pre-clinical assay development for new antibody formats. Annegret de Baey-Diepolder studied medicine at Georg-August University in Goettingen and the Technical University in Munich. She holds an MD in human genetics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. She received her postdoctoral training as a fellow of the German Research Foundation at the Basel Institute for Immunology.
