Ricky Flores

Ricky Flores is an engineer and entrepreneur with 4 years of experience in corporate America. He has a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Electrical Engineering and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan. Ricky has worked on a variety of projects with Apple, Samsung, and Texas Instruments. He has seen firsthand the repercussions of these three issues–the disconnect between marketing and engineering teams, the intense need for building new teams from scratch due to employee turnover, and the costly yet inevitable errors in the product. His experience working with some of the most recognizable corporations in the world has given him invaluable insight into how small marketing agencies and startup companies can benefit from avoiding common missteps. Outside of his professional roles, Ricky is an avid outdoorsman who loves exploring nature with friends. He also remains dedicated to teaching himself new skills, whether that be learning to play a new instrument or brushing up on coding languages. When he's not working or adventuring outdoors, he spends time reading books about philosophy and psychology to better understand human behavior's complexities. His journey as an engineer began when he was fifteen and started tinkering with simple electronics projects at home. From there, he received degrees in electrical engineering and computer science before pursuing his career in corporate settings. Though his path has had many ups and downs over the years, he always strives to achieve success while maintaining a positive attitude no matter what life throws at him.
