Fabien BROGARD CIPRIANI is the founder and CEO of HirePlanner.com, a SaaS Recruiting and Employer Branding platform (Job Board Advertising + ATS + Agency Management etc.) and a Online Job Fair Service Provider. HirePlanner.com was designed to help companies attract top talent in Japan by boosting their visibility, improving their candidate engagement while also reducing their average cost per hire in Japan. Originally from France, and raised in Africa, Fabien has been working in Japan for over 20 years. He first managed the sales operations of CareerCross.com and then moved into the HR sector when he lead the Talent Acquisition team at Apple and Tesla Motors for Japan and Korea. He launched HirePlanner.com in September 2016.
