Pedro Noce

I am a CIO at Itaú Unibanco, the largest private bank in Latin America, with over 20 years of information technology experience and more than 15 years in leadership positions. My mission is to align and direct IT resources to the organization's strategic objectives, considering its organizational culture and business processes. I have created new business options and new products by developing MVPs in traditional markets and evaluating results in different industries and using different technologies, such as big data and analytics, bots with artificial intelligence, self-service apps, ecommerce, and telecom solutions. I have also developed high-performance, autonomous, and agile teams, managed IT suppliers and consultancies, and defined APIs, cloud, and new technologies strategies. I am passionate about digital transformation and innovation, and I enjoy mentoring and investing in startups, especially in the tech and agro sectors.
