An integral component of Tom's practice is his active leadership in Arizona's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Currently, Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of Invest Southwest and is a key leader in Venture Madness, its newly restructured investment conference and related activities; he is a regular panelist in the Arizona Commerce Authority's (ACA's) Venture Ready program; he is a judge (at each level) in the ACA's AZ Innovation Challenge; and he's frequently involved in MIT Enterprise Forum and in Arizona Technology Investor Forum angel investing activities.
