Julio Pekarovic

Julio Pekarovic is the Chief Financial Officer at Dataminr, overseeing also the People, Legal and Real Estate functions. Prior to joining Dataminr,Julio was CFO of Quantcast and also responsible for the People and Real Estate functions. During his four year tenure at Quantcast, the Online Audience Measurement and Advertising leader, Julio helped grow the company from under 100 employees to over 500 and from a few million in annual revenue to several hundreds of millions. Prior to Quantcast, Julio led Finance for all of Google's revenue generating businesses from 2002 to 2009, as VP of Finance. During his tenure, he partnered with the companies business leaders to help grow sales by 250x to over $22 Billion. Julio was also responsible for Sales Compliance and spearheaded much of Google's oversees office expansion. Julio holds a Bachelors degree in Economics/International Area Studies from the University of California at Los Angeles and an MBA from INSEAD. Julio also led the INSEAD Alumni Association as President between 2010 and 2014 and currently sits on the US Alumni Council.
