KIP LEWIS Real Estate Investor President & Owner, Lewis Investments Kip Lewis has been a successful businessperson in the Austin and Round Rock area since 1992. At just 27 years old, he began the real estate investment company Lewis Investments with $2,000 in personal savings. The first investment Lewis made as a new business owner was a recreational vehicle and mobile home community (RV/MH) spread out over 35 acres in Round Rock, Texas. Lewis has expanded and developed this site into a 60-acre multi use site. This site includes a Utility Company, providing water and wastewater to customers, developed by Lewis.
