David Kosoy

With over 50 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and lending, David Kosoy’s career spans leadership roles at Sterling Global Financial, Sterling Centrecorp Inc., the Sterling Group of Companies, and Brother Developments. He is Executive Chairman and Founder of Sterling Global Financial, Chairman of M.Advisory Worldwide, and Director of Ashton Woods U.S.A.. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, David practiced law in Toronto before moving into real estate and finance.
