Bobby Kandaswamy joined Intel Capital in 1999 and currently works closely with Intel's Healthcare Strategy and Solutions Group, leading the team's global equity investments. As part of this role, Bobby serves as a voting member of Intel's Healthcare Management Review Committee. Bobby also works with Intel Labs, the advanced research and technology development arm of Intel Corporation. Prior to Intel Capital, Bobby was a senior manager driving New Business Initiatives at Cardinal Health, a global leader in medical and surgical products (NYSE: CAH). Before that Bobby worked at Baxter Healthcare (NYSE: BAX) in Business Development and Product Development roles. Bobby is a Board Member at Adaptive Computing Enterprises and Sotera Wireless, and a Board Observer at CareCloud, Grid Net and Viridity Energy. He has also invested in Crossbow (acquired by Moog), FutureSoft (acquired by Flextronics), IP Infusion (acquired by Access), NetScaler (acquired by Citrix), PacketMotion (acquired by VMWare) and Tropos (acquired by ABB). Bobby received an MBA from Kellogg, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from PSG Tech, India.
