Steven Lockhart

Steven Lockhart is the founder of several companies and has worked with over 200 companies in their advertising and marketing pursuits. Named as one of the top 250 Digital Marketing Content leaders in the United States he is widely regarded as a "no nonsense" strategic thinker and an innovator in local digital marketing. He has advised numerous companies in the areas of marketing, branding, and strategy and has been featured on various TV networks and in national news articles. Mr. Lockhart has a degree in Economics from the University of North Dakota after originally attending Butler University in Indianapolis. He has owned and operated an Advertising Agency and performed Investment Banking Services simultaneously for small cap companies. To date Mr. Lockhart has reverse merged 12 companies and created a BDC from scratch. Mr. Lockhart received training in Six Sigma and worked on a team, which saved $27 Million Dollars for a client in New Jersey. Mr. Lockhart has also delivered profitable value by restructuring a Public Relations firm quadrupling sales in less than 6 months. Mr. Lockhart believes a formula for success can be determined by a person's passion, competency, and focus. This is a KPI metric Mr. Lockhart has created as a measuring stick for team members. He was mentored by his uncle Bob Meistrell, who co-founded Body Glove along with other executives in various industries. Mr. Lockhart has served on several Board of Directors, served as a CEO of a public company, and has been active in helping out various charities and church groups (including being very active in Mariner's Church in Irvine). Mr. Lockhart is defined by his Faith and will always work to do what is the wise thing. His hobbies include sailing through the American Sailing Association and he also enjoys golf - maintains a single digit handicap.
