Ms. Onchinsuren known as Onch founded Onch Audit in 2004 and has lead the audit firm into a multi-function professional services firm providing audit, tax, and advisory services to leading domestic and multinational companies. Onch Audit became a full member of Deloitte since January 2012 and Deloitte Onch has been operating successfully as the true local firm with Big 4 reach under the leadership of Onch. Onchinsuren is an acknowledged leader in business and tax advisory services and is invited to speak and contribute to the tax reform working groups of the Mongolian tax and other Government authorities. She is an active member of business associations and has been leading the BCM tax working group since 2007 and serves as a member of the board of directors of American Chamber of Commerce and one of the founding members of Ulaanbaatar City Investor Council.
