Bob Sacco was most recently the interim CMO at Arrivalist.com. Arrivalist is the leading location intelligence platform in the travel industry. The company uses multiple location datasets to provide actionable insights on consumer behavior, competitive share, media effectiveness, and market trends. Over 300 travel marketers, including 200 cities, 40 U.S. states, and four of the top 10 U.S. theme parks use these insights to inform media strategy, operations, and destination development. Arrivalist is headquartered in New York City, with offices in San Francisco and Toronto. Bob is an expert in online travel media and research, guiding companies through the digital travel landscape with over 20 years of experience. Career highlights include being awarded INC. Magazine’s INC Magazine’s 2009 Fortune 500 “Fastest Growing Companies in America” award for 2009 while capturing over $34M in VC funding for boot-strap startup Travel Ad Network. Twice named by New York Times as "A Person of Note in the Ad Industry" in (2007 & 2010). Prior to co-founding Travel Ad Network, Bob managed national sales networks with similar results at the San Francisco Chronicle (SFGate.com), lastminutetravel.com and the California Office of Tourism. Bob holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was the President of the University’s Ad Club winning the American Advertising Federation (AAF) National Student Advertising Competition. Bob recently served as a judge on the AAF 2005 Yahoo!, AAF 2012 Nissan and AAF 2016 competitions.
