Troy (Mitch) Mitchell

An IT and Digital Innovation enthusiast who is a passionate Master Mariner (Unlimited) and Harbour Pilot. Mitch is the founder of ContinuSys, an integrated business management system (IBMS) built from the ground up for the cloud to ensure business continuity and resilience. With 14 different apps under its umbrella, ContinuSys seeks to break down organisational siloes by consolidating and storing all app data in a single tenant database securely hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to establishing ContinuSys, Mitch served as a head honcho in LUPARG, an app development company that designs custom business web and mobile applications. He has a range of hands-on experience in developing and taking to market app-based solutions for various industries. He is also the co-founder of Health Focus Manufacturers, a leading cosmeceutical company that delivers quality skincare and cosmetics products to Australian and global markets. Mitch is not just passionate about technology and digital innovation, but also enjoys navigating through the maritime world. He has an unlimited Master Mariner / Harbour Pilot license. In the past, he has worked world-wide with Tankers (Product and Crude), Container and Bulkies. When not working on apps and IT solutions, you will find him manoeuvring ships (30 to 330m LOA) through Australian harbours.
