Noa Khamallah, known as K-Noa, is an active investor, and start-up scaling executive. Before his new journey at Don't Quit Ventures Fund I, he Co-Founded GetCharged Inc (Charge) led the company in Europe and got acquired 17.5M$ to become Charge Enterprises, a company today listed on Nasdaq Global Exchange. Prior his time at Get Charged Inc (Charge), Noa pioneered the micro-mobility industry as first mover reaching Lime’s hyper-growth goals with 11 countries and 15 cities across the world, in 8 months' time which hit a record breaking valuation reaching 2.1B$. His journey with kick-scooters also led him to Voi, led by Fredrik Hjelm as VP Global Strategy. Noa helped on the company Series A, operations & public affair paving the way for a strong Nordic player. As such he is recognized as Top talent in his field by Bloomberg, Business Insider and other medias. Noa's investor acumen incubated Cure a health-tech business to an amazing 15M$ Series A led by Breega Ventures, or Tiko a Turkish prop-tech company with a 60M$ Series A & many other investments across the world crystallizing high MOIC & DPI over 4 years time. Prior to being caught by the micro-mobility & venture mania Noa started working at the French Ministry of Defense, he then stumbled against social pushbacks during his early career because of outdated youth offenses dating back to 2008 only to finally join Nespresso after 35 + jobs rejection, unfair dismissals & systemically discriminating led rejections. He became vocal during his various roles championing employment accessibility in favor of various candidates who committed minor offenses in their youth, LGBTQ, handicap & minorities of all kind paving the way to a better society in the process. In a recent podcast called Pause, run by French Bill Gates multi-millionaire Alexandre Mars, he said " Success should come in many shapes and forms. Our unforgiving culture of social-perfectionism doesn't emancipate people, it disables them! His powerful message resonated at Les Determinés's podcast, a famous NGO led by Moussa Camara, supported by French president Emmanuel Macron, which backed more than 400.000 underprivileged entrepreneurs to access top investors in France. Charity-minded, Noa furthers wealth redistribution with Epic Foundation, Les Déterminés & various other non-profit organizations, as such, he backed the famous teacher Samia Essabaa to send underprivileged high-school students to study in San Francisco and visit top start-ups, furthering hope & progress in his former community.
