Scott Kirk

Scott joined TCV in 2010 and is a Vice President in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Scott primarily focuses on investments in the software and services ecosystem. Scott’s current investments include: Alarm.com (NASDAQ:ALRM), Rapid7 (NASDAQ:RPD), Sitecore and OSIsoft. He also supports the firm’s investment in Australia- based Siteminder. Prior to TCV, Scott was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) in the group’s Technology practice. While at BAML, Scott worked with companies in the internet, software and business services sectors on a variety of strategic advisory assignments, financing and M&A transactions. Scott also spent time working on various business development initiatives and partnerships with NY based fin-tech start-up, Betterment. Scott graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting and minors in Mathematics and Spanish from Santa Clara University. Scott received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
