Ahmet Dik

Ahmet Dik is a seasoned corporate lawyer, executive leader, and investor with a distinguished career spanning Australia, the UK, and the UAE. He began his legal career as a Senior Associate at Baker & McKenzie in Sydney, before becoming a Partner at Miltons Lawyers, a private corporate law practice. He later moved into senior executive roles, including General Counsel and Chief Executive Officer for several companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. Now based in Dubai, Ahmet serves as Chairman of Dostan Investments Ltd, where he oversees investment strategy and corporate governance. He is also an active investor and adviser in emerging technologies, particularly within the Web3 space. With a proven track record in corporate restructuring and turnaround, Ahmet specialises in guiding organisations through complex operational and financial challenges. He works closely with ambitious founders and executives to reorganise underperforming businesses, improve cash flow, restructure debt, and unlock long-term value. His expertise spans the full investment cycle, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, monetisations, and capital markets transactions. He has substantial experience in corporate finance, having worked directly with bankers, underwriters, and issuers across both public and private debt and equity markets.
