Sunny Parikh

Sunny Parikh joined Updata Partners in 2008 as an Associate. He supports the firm's business development, deal sourcing and due diligence efforts. Prior to joining Updata, Mr. Parikh worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking Group at ThinkEquity Partners, where he provided corporate finance and strategic advisory services to public and private companies. While at ThinkEquity, Mr. Parikh focused on transaction sourcing and execution across various sectors and assisted clients in completing transactions across a broad range of products including private placements, IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, PIPEs and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier, Mr. Parikh worked at Deutsche Bank in London with the High Yield Capital Markets Group.
