Vlad Besprozvany

Vlad is the Founder and Managing Partner at Nexa Equity, a private equity firm focused on rapidly scaling lower middle market software and fintech businesses that address markets underserved by technology. Prior to founding Nexa Equity, Vlad was a Managing Director at Greater Sum Ventures where he focused on investments in software companies. Previously, Vlad was a software and fintech investor at Insight Partners and Thoma Bravo. Vlad started his career as a Technology, Media and Telecommunications investment banker at JP Morgan and Citigroup. Vlad serves on the boards of Nexa Equity’s companies.
