Larry Grafstein

Laurence S. Grafstein is the Managing Director and Co-Head of The Americas M&A Group at UBS Group AG since August 23, 2012. Grafstein has been an Investment Banker since 1990. He co-founded Gramercy Communications Partners and served as its Managing Director. Grafstein was employed at Trinsic, Inc. He served as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications for Lazard Frères & Co. LLC since 2001.
