Rose Anne Osamba

A member of Women in Technology for the DC Area and the American Communication Association, Rose Anne Osamba is an Ashburn, VA-based IT consulting leader and entrepreneur who founded Cellentia Information Technology(TM) in 2016. She developed the business plan and has since overseen all growth activities for the IT consulting firm that provides product solutions, systems integration, and cybersecurity, among other services. Rose Anne “Roseanne” Osamba also supervises executive and management staff and leads employee development and retention activities. Prior to launching Cellentia Tech, Ms. Osamba served for a decade in a senior management consulting capacity for a government contractor. In this time, she helped increase its revenue from $1 million to more than $11 million via a variety of strategic growth initiatives and the implementation of innovative sales and operations strategies. Roseanne Osamba’s responsibilities included project management and compliance oversight with regard to Federal Acquisition Regulations. Complementing her IT leadership experience, Rose Anne Osamba holds an executive certificate in business innovation and applications from MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor's degree in mass communication and media studies from the University of Texas. Her extracurricular interests include travel, cooking, and watching movies, with Forrest Gump, 12 Angry Men, and Casablanca among her favorite films.
