David DesPrez

Mr. DesPrez joined Bain Capital in 2015. He is a Managing Director in Special Situations. He leads the North American residential and commercial real estate vertical including property-level debt and equity, non-performing loans, residential mortgages, and capital solutions for real estate businesses and assets. Previously Mr. DesPrez worked in the Distressed Opportunities funds at Oaktree Capital Management and in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs.
