Ahmed Al Luhaib is a seasoned real estate leader, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Al Hisba Real Estate Company, a pioneering platform that provides transparency and innovative digital solutions for Kuwait’s property market. With over two decades of diverse experience across finance, real estate investment, and property management, Ahmed has established himself as a trusted figure in both the local and regional real estate sectors. Ahmed began his career in the financial sector, serving as Assistant Credit Manager at Kuwait Finance House from 2000 to 2005, before moving to KFH Capital Investment Company as a Senior Investment Officer – Real Estate, where he gained extensive exposure to structured real estate investments. In 2007, he took on the role of CEO of Luhaib International Real Estate Company (K.S.C.C.), overseeing property management, development, appraisal, and brokerage across Kuwait, Dubai, and London. He further expanded his business footprint as a Partner in Alluhaib Real Estate Company, where he continues to play a vital role in investment and development activities. In 2016, Ahmed co-founded Al Hisba Real Estate Company, combining his financial expertise and real estate acumen to deliver innovative services that empower transparency and data-driven decision-making in Kuwait’s property market. As Managing Partner, he has helped shape Al Hisba into one of the most respected platforms for real estate professionals and stakeholders in Kuwait. Beyond Al Hisba, Ahmed also serves as a Board Member of the Real Estate Union of Kuwait since 2018, contributing to the advancement of the real estate sector nationally, and as a Board Member of Al Enmaa Real Estate Co. (K.S.C.C.) since 2023. His entrepreneurial ventures also extend to the retail sector, where he co-founded Grab & Go, a convenience store concept, reflecting his versatility as a businessman. Ahmed holds a degree in Finance and Business from Seattle University (1997–1999). His career reflects a blend of financial rigor, real estate expertise, and entrepreneurial vision — qualities that continue to define his role as a leader and innovator in Kuwait’s evolving property market.
