Dental Cremer was a startup that completely disrupted the Brazilian market for dental supplies and equipment, digitalizing the customer experience and disintermediating the market. Paulo B. successfully exited to Henry Schein, a leading Fortune 500 multinational that was interested in acquiring this innovative business model that emerged in Brazil. Paulo B. delivered a 33x cash multiple on the first round of investment of Dental Cremer, having reached sales of USD 300mm in 7 years purely organically. After a brief mandate as an executive for Henry Schein, Paulo B. decided to dedicate his life to change other lives in Brazil through education creating Alicerce, a very disruptive approach to education.
