Paul McCabe

Paul McCabe is the Founder of Addison Lee mVentures, the innovation and venture arm of Europe's largest private car services and mobility services company. mVentures accelerates new mobility technology, products, and services to market using Addison Lee Group's £400m scale and B2B / B2C customer reach. From early stage mobility companies to established global auto manufacturers, mVentures works with all types of organisation to innovate quickly and launch new ideas and products at scale. Paul is a senior Operations, Technology and Digital Leader, with extensive experience working in both private equity and corporately owned businesses. He spent over ten years with Accenture as a Management Consultant where he advised and delivered change for Financial Services, Telecoms, Retail, Mining and Government organisations. He was also a Founding Member of Claimsbroker, an insurance claims venture built with private equity firm Blenheim Chalcot, and served as a non-Executive for KnowledgeMill, a SaaS startup for the legal sector. Paul has a BEng (Hons) from York University in Electronic Engineering.
