Oscar Hansen is based out of Bergen, Vestland, and is the Chief Human Resources Officer of zk-Call & Digital Co. Oscar previously worked at Aker Solutions as an Organizational Development Manager. Oscar Hansen attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). During his time at NTNU, Oscar actively participated in the student leadership council, organizing many seminars on HR practices and leadership theories. His involvement in the debate society honed his analytical and public speaking skills, and the peer mentorship program let him support first-year students' academic and personal growth. While still a student, Oscar began his professional journey with an internship at Schibsted Media Group in 2016. Following his internship, he transitioned to a part-time junior recruiting assistant position in the same year, a role that allowed him to gain invaluable practical experience while still studying, giving him an advantage over his peers. In 2017, after graduating from NTNU, successfully completing his Bachelor's degree and having practical experience gained during his time working at Schibsted, Oscar chooses to complete his education without applying for a Master's degree. Subsequently, without missing time, in the same year Oscar decided to join Storebrand as an HR Coordinator. In his role at Storebrand, Oscar focused on developing effective HR policies, conducting leadership training sessions, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a progressive organizational culture. Working in this capacity through 2018 and advancing his career path, Oscar transitioned to DNB as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where he diligently worked on attracting and retaining top talent across the financial sector until 2020. Oscar's career took a significant step forward when he joined Telenor as a Senior HR Advisor in 2020, where he managed comprehensive HR audits, refined employee development policies, and provided detailed strategic guidance to mid-level management. His efforts significantly boosted the firm's HR strategies and enhanced organizational effectiveness, while also enriching his hands-on leadership experience in organizational psychology and managing cross-disciplinary teams. After some time had passed, Oscar Hansen's HR's journey developed further as he undertook responsibilities at Aker Solutions and later assumed the role of Learning and Development Coordinator at Caen Normandy University. His professional experience in these positions deepened his expertise in creating effective training programs and development strategies. Eventually, through professional interactions with the co-founders of zk-Call & Digital Co., Oscar was drawn to their innovative vision. Intrigued by the opportunity to broadly impact corporate culture, he initially joined as a strategic HR advisor on their board; however, this advisory role gradually evolved into an even more significant position. Today, Oscar serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at zk-Call & Digital Co. In this vital role, he is instrumental in identifying and nurturing talent, effectively shaping the company's culture, and overseeing comprehensive employee training programs. His proactive approach in HR has significantly propelled our company to outperform competitors and foster a workplace where success, employee satisfaction, and engagement flourish. Oscar's tenure as CHRO has been marked by initiatives aimed at boosting employee well-being and professional growth, including robust peer mentorship, comprehensive wellness programs, and ongoing educational opportunities.
