Mikhail Miro

Mikhail Miro, Co-Founder and CEO of Wallet Factory, a FinTech software services and enterprise solutions provider. Mikhail has been in the financial industry for 15 years working on leading positions in the international banking field. Starting own FinTech business was inspired by a desire to help people leverage digital financial services via their smart phones. As the Co-Founder and CEO at Wallet Factory, Mikhail is up to his neck in daily business activities. His general responsibilities as an executive boil down to overall managerial tasks, strategy planning, investor relations along with supervision of routine operational activities—communicating with key customers, doing overall management, assessing the company departments’ performance. In his shareholder role, Mikhail is a member of the board of directors. As a part of it, he participates in defining the overall business strategy that usually includes building a roadmap of where we as a FinTech company should go, how we should be funded, and from whom, i.e. what types of investors we should have.
