Ravi Machani is a third generation business owner. His experience is diverse. His current area of focus is Real Estate Development (www.machanigroup.com), Auto Components Manufacturing Industry with Stumpp, Schuele & Somappa (www.ssssprings.com) and MG Brothers Auto Dealerships (www.mgbrothers.in). With Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from Bradley University, USA, he has worked at Caterpillar as a Project Manager with Engine Division and at Delphi Corporation with the Global Competency Center in USA for 6 years. With plethora of rich experience from Corporate Finance, Overseas and Indian M&A, Turn Around Management, Operations and Strategy, He now leads the family business at helm of affairs in several business verticals. He is active in the auto industry association as the National Coordinator of Young Business Leader’s Forum (www.acmayblf.com), which is an national association of about 160 business owners less than 40 years of age and an Executive Committee Member of Auto Components Manufacturers Association - ACMA (www.acmainfo.com). He heads the Information Technology for Auto Industry as the Chairman Information Technology for ACMA (www.acmait.com), which comprises of over 600 companies and is an entrepreneur in software business with Sysfore Technologies (www.sysfore.com). He started a social enterprise in rural India called IndiVillage (www.indivillage.com). The Tamarind Tree (www.tamarindtree.co) is a heritage wedding venue managed by Ravi and his hospitality team.
