Vinay Kashyap

Vinay Kashyap joined Mainsail Partners as a Vice President and is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing new investments. Prior to Mainsail, Vinay worked at Summit Partners, a leading global growth equity firm, where he sourced, executed and supported over $200 million of growth equity investments across North America, Europe and Asia. While at Summit, Vinay focused primarily on technology, healthcare and business services investments and was a founding member of the firm’s India office. Before joining Summit, Vinay worked as a consultant with Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations team in Boston and New York. Vinay received his A.B in Economics from Bowdoin College, where he captained the men’s varsity lacrosse team, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. Vinay enjoys snowboarding, surfing, golf, and tennis and supports Arsenal F.C. and the N.Y. Giants.
