With an bachelor's degree in Science degree in Industrial Engineering from FSU-FAMU College of Engineering and advanced studies in Construction Management, Odess is a Licensed General Contractor and Insurance Agent in Florida, as well as a Licensed Public Adjuster across various U.S. states and territories. With over a decade of experience, Odess has led his construction company, MaxPro Builders, in managing nearly 1 million square feet of commercial and residential projects. His real estate investment firm, GlobalPro Venture, owns and operates over 100,000 square feet of property. Through his insurance services firms, GlobalPro Recovery and Odyssey Insurance Services, Odess has adjusted, appraised, and served as an expert in thousands of claims exceeding $1 billion in value, aiding community associations, business owners, and homeowners in recovering from property and business income losses, as well as assisting thousands of clients with insurance placement. Odess is also the founder of Griffin Data, an Insurtech startup responsible for pioneering tools such as Visuals Xpress, an advanced analytics platform for claims management, and Claims Calculator, a machine learning and AI-powered tool for analyzing property insurance claim payments.
