Mike Vien

Mike Vien is the founder & CEO of Wallit (www.wallit.app), the world’s first digital wallet and corporate payment solution for the modern workplace. For more than 25 years, Mike has been a successful, multi-category serial entrepreneur and executive leader working at the intersection of financial services, health & benefits and technology. Prior to Wallit, Mike founded and served as CEO of several venture-funded companies, including Ourly, a savings app for families with teens; Vetr, a crowdsourced financial research platform and collaborative marketplace for investment research and analysis; Atomic Coffee, a regional coffee roaster, wholesaler and restaurant chain; and Poppo, an award-winning board game company. Mike has held several leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, including serving as Senior Vice President of Fidelity Investment’s Registered Investment Advisor Group where Mike was responsible for Retirement and Mutual Funds, including the launch of Fidelity’s SDB and HSA products; co-founder & General Manager of Fidelity Trustnet® where he was responsible for Fidelity Investment’s successful entry into the Bank & Trust market on the institutional brokerage platform; and Program Manager of Fidelity.com, the mutual fund industry’s first website on the Internet where he led the mutual fund and brokerage consumer portfolio and content strategy, as well as the design and development of cross-company initiatives. Mike’s experience also includes U.S. Business Leader at Mercer where he led the strategic corporate investment, development and launch of a new line of business in the Health & Benefits market; Global Managing Director at Wipro Technologies, and Chief Operating Officer of Shepherd Kaplan, a multi-billion dollar private Asset Management company in Boston. Mike is a graduate of the University of Vermont. He completed an executive management program for CEO Leadership at Babson College / Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE), as well as held FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Mike is an active investor and board member of for-profit companies and not-for-profit organizations.
